As we continued our work on the interactive housing map it became clear that the data layers would function best if they were spread across multiple maps. We broken them into several different maps, each serving a different aspect of the data we were presenting. In order to showcase this data, we designed a separate landing page as a home for all of our maps and an easy way for our community to access the data. This landing page, alongside our maps, was designed to be a sister to the nextLI project. The styles are similar, but not an exact copy. Where nextLI is more youthful and modern, the map's visuals are focused on conveying information clearly, with fewer bright colors and softer shadows on the cards.
